Inter Ordnance recently announced availability of its latest build kit, an original Colt M16A1 Parts Kit. Moreover, the kit includes genuine Colt-manufactured parts complete with Colt “C” markings.
The M16A1 Parts Kit includes parts manufactured by Colt during the 1980s. Additionally, each kit features a triangular handguard, teardrop forward assist and a bolt carrier group with original Colt “C” markings. Also, Colt markings adorn the trigger, hammer, bolt catch and A-frame front sight assembly. Further, each M16A1 Parts Kit includes one 30-round Colt magazine.

With the retro rifle boom in full swing, Inter Ordnance’s timing on the release of the M16A1 Parts Kit couldn’t be much better. Further, one needs only a stripped lower receiver and barrel to build a vintage Colt pattern AR.
