An armed woman in rural Michigan pulled a gun on two men inside her home last week, sending both suspects running from the scene.
According to MLive.com, sheriff’s deputies in northern Bay County responded to a home invasion report in Mount Forest Township on Wednesday, March 9. The female resident told the deputies that two men approached her house and rang the doorbell. When she didn’t answer, they entered through her screened porch and kicked in the front door.
Fortunately, the woman managed to grab a handgun when she realized what was happening. She pointed the weapon at the two suspects when they entered her home.

No shots were fired, and the intruders fled, driving away in a getaway vehicle.
As MLive.com reports, Undersheriff Troy Cunningham said two other home invasions were reported soon after this incident.
The suspects have only been described as being in their late teens or early 20s.
