New for 2015, Ruger has announced the release of the Ruger Elite 452 MSR two-stage trigger. As the name suggests, this two-stage trigger is designed as an upgrade to any modern sporting rifle receiver with .154″ trigger/hammer pins. It offers a smooth and crisp 4.5 lb. trigger pull, as well as a lightweight hammer that enables a lock time 30% faster than other standard MSR triggers.
According to the product description, this trigger — easy to install with the accompanying pins and springs — boasts a full-strength hammer spring for consistent primer ignition and includes a safety selector. Packaged with a polymer pistol grip that is ergonomic and optimized for trigger-reach, the Ruger Elite 452 is shipped fully assembled in a polymer fire control housing that enables the trigger to be dry-fired before installation. MSRP for this product is $159.95.
