Getting Strapped in 2025: The Best CCW Holsters from This Year’s SHOT Show

I don’t think anyone would argue that concealed carry is the driving force behind the firearms industry right now. More and more people recognize they need to take responsibility and be their own first responders. So, gun manufacturers are giving us endless options with great quality concealable handguns. Finding a comfortable, secure, and concealable holster can sometimes be a daunting task. I walked the 2025 SHOT Show in Las Vegas, looking for new and unique CCW Holster solutions.

Top CCW Holsters from SHOT Show 2025

Mission First Tactical

Mission First Tactical.

Mission First Tactical grabbed my attention with its new Pro Series inside-the-waistband appendix holster. The magic in this holster is the strong neodymium magnet that maintains a fully loaded pistol in the holster without a mechanical locking device. It also uses an Integrated Barrel Stabilizer to keep the pistol in line with the holster’s spine.

Additionally, the holster also utilizes an integral vertical wedge to push the top of the pistol closer to the wearer’s body for maximum concealment.

MFT’s Pro Series holsters are ambidextrous, offer 15 degrees of adjustable cant, a sweat guard, and are compatible with slide-mounted micro red dots and suppressor height sights. Completely built at the MFT American facility, the Pro Series Holsters have a suggested retail price of $89.99.

Falco Holsters

SHOT Show CCW Holsters: Falco Holsters.

In the last couple of years, 3D-printed parts have made a huge impact on the shooting community. From suppressors to grip modules, the 3D process takes a huge bite out of the prototyping and manufacturing costs. Now, the Slovakian firm Falco Holsters is 3D printing holsters.

Falco’s CX02 is an outside-the-waistband (OWB) holster featuring structural integrity for strength. It possesses integral belt loops, a sweat shield, and an adjustable retention screw. Falco 3d prints the CX02 using a single-component powder via selective laser sintering. Then, they’re given a polyshot surface treatment to provide a matte-glossy effect, which increases resistance to scratches and dirt.

Falco is currently building the CX02 for the Glock G43, 17, 19, and 26 pistols, as well as Sig’s P365X Macro and the S&W M&P Shield. They will accommodate pistol-mounted optics and suppressor height sights. Its 2-inch belt loops also make the CX02 compatible with duty and competition belts. Suggested retail price is $139.99.

Crossbreed Holsters

SHOT Show CCW Holsters: 1791 Gunleather.

What if I told you that one holster could handle over 275 different models of full-size, compact, and subcompact pistols? You’d think I was crazy, right? If you’re like me and are constantly working with new guns, you know the hassle of finding the right holster for each gun.

Trent Cooper of Crossbreed Holsters enlightened me at SHOT Show 2025!

N8 Tactical, one of Crossbreed’s brands, introduced the MultiFlex Holster. In my opinion, this is the most adaptable, innovative, and practical product I saw this year.  It can be worn IWB, OWB, and with a paddle.

It’s constructed from two pieces of polypropylene for durability and light weight. Likewise, it features a multi-point adjustment system that customizes tension at the slide, bottom of the frame, and trigger guard. It has a suppressor height sight channel and is cut for a slide-mounted optic.

Prices start at just $49.95, and if you’re constantly changing up your carry pistol, you might be interested in the Confidant Multi-Fit mag carrier that accommodates single-stack and double-column magazines easily. Like the MultiFlex holster, the mag carrier is a really neat piece of engineering!

1791 Gunleather

Crossbreed Holsters.

It’s fun to see companies that don’t take themselves too seriously. 1791 Gunleather made me laugh with the model name of its new shoulder holster: the Nakatomi Special Shoulder Holster—an obvious reference to the Christmas movie classic Die Hard.

This holster is designed for durability and versatility and can carry the pistol both horizontally and vertically. Likewise, an offside double magazine carrier helps balance the weight of the pistol.

The Nakatomi Special is optics-ready, accommodating most rear-mounted red dot sights. Made from 100% American heavy native steerhide, the Nakatomi Special Shoulder Holster is available in Stealth Black or Classic Brown with an MSRP of $219.99

For those willing to trade concealability for ease of access, 1791 just introduced its Pathfinder Chest Holster. Operating heavy equipment or a snow machine or fly fishing in bear country, the Pathfinder offers the wearer a convenient way to carry a handgun with easy accessibility.

Handcrafted from 100% American heavy-duty native steerhide, the Pathfinder Chest Holster is extremely durable. As a result, it can withstand harsh environmental conditions while keeping handguns secure yet accessible.

Available in five different sizes, models are also available to accommodate optics-ready handguns. The Pathfinder Chest Holster is now available with an MSRP of $174.99.

By the way, I had an opportunity to visit the 1791 Gunleather factory in Mexico City and was impressed by what I saw. Look for an upcoming article on my visit!

Rounded by Concealment Express

Rounded by Concealment Express.

I’ve been a big fan of Concealment Express since I bought my first AIWB holster from them for my old S&W Shield about 10 years ago. Now called Rounded by Concealment Express, the big news for SHOT 2025 is the new Plus Line Holster. It’s a holster that has so much right going on that I actually ordered one for my Springfield Armory Hellcat Pro at SHOT.

It has a one-piece Kydex holster body and a 1.5-inch Monoblock Gear Metal Clip. So, it can be worn with or without a belt. The holster has an open bottom to accommodate threaded muzzles and is cut for optics. In addition, it possesses a sight channel compatible with suppressor height sights.

The Plus Line also possesses a claw designed to push the gun’s butt into the body for maximum concealment. Correspondingly, it is adjustable for retention and cant.

Users can wear the Plus Line from the 12 o’clock to 6 o’clock position. However, most will wear it in the appendix position. Even at the suggested retail price of $61.95, the Plus Line Holster is a lot of holster for the money.

Recover Tactical

SHOT Show CCW Holsters: Recover Tactical.

Recover Tactical displayed its futuristic G7A Universal Holster at SHOT Show 2025. It is designed for double-stack pistols with an integral light rail on their dust covers to attach an adapter plate.

RT’s design is very low profile and ambidextrous but still allows for the use of rail-mounted accessories like tactical lights and lasers. Its OWB design uses a paddle and has adjustable passive retention. However, the G7A also features active retention with a finger pad release.

You’ll be able to see all of Recover Tactical’s holster options on the company’s website. In addition, a video clearly shows the mounting of the rail adapter and how it interfaces with the holster.

Kirkpatrick Leather

Kirkpatrick Leather.

I’ll have to admit the next holster has nothing to do with concealed carry. But I am a sucker for a classically styled western holster.

Kirkpatrick Leather has just released the Model UB, also known as Unfinished Business. It is an unlined and unfinished version of their hugely popular Wild Bunch rig at about half the cost.

I could envision myself carrying my 1911 in a low-slung 2 ¼-inch wide belt along with the matching double mag carrier. However, others might want to carry their full-size Glocks in the UB. It’s a handsome way to dress up a gun and show the world you do have class. It is priced at $290.

Blade-Tech

SHOT Show CCW Holsters: Blade-Tech.

Blade-Tech was busy showing its new line of law enforcement holsters called Valor for full-size duty guns equipped with lights and optics. They’ll be offering three different retention levels. I have to say, these Valor holsters will change the way law enforcement officers carry their handguns!

For CCW, Blade-Tech’s Klipt IWB Holster is a slim, trim, and discreet way to conceal your daily carry piece. It features a sweat guard and an easy-on/easy-off belt clip that securely keeps your holster attached to your belt until you’re ready to take it off.

Blade-Tech precision molds its holster bodies from a heat-resistant polymer with a positive trigger guard lock. Blade-Tech offers the Klipt Holster for the most popular concealed carry handguns, and prices start at $24.99.

G Code Holsters

G Code Holsters.

G Code offers one of the cleanest AIWB holsters available with its slim and trim Phenom Speed. Holding power for the secure placement of the rig extends from the integrative geometry between the clip and mounting plate. Together, the system components more effectively distribute forces, enabling an extreme strength-to-mass ratio.

Five points of interlock in each of the clips’ positions ensure rock-solid retention in your settings. Likewise, the Phenom Speed is adaptable for strong-side, appendix, and/or cross-draw carry. G Code trims material away from the bottom of the trigger guard and frontstrap so users can get a full firing grip on the gun for an unimpeded presentation.

The Phenom Speed will accommodate suppressor height sights up to .375-inches tall. Priced at a suggested $63.96.

Barranti Leather

SHOT Show CCW Holsters: Barranti Leather.

What was old is new again. Shooters are increasingly finding revolvers to be the solution to their concealed carry needs. Doc Barranti’s Summer Classic is a new take on the old Bruce Nelson Summer Special. It features a rough-out leather holster body with a metal-reinforced holster mouth to prevent it from collapsing when the gun is drawn.

The pivoting belt loop is wide and keeps the gun from shifting during rigorous movement. Barranti makes the Summer Classic for revolvers, including single-actions, as well as autos. Each holster is hand-stitched and finely boned by Barranti himself. Prices on the Summer Classic start at $125.

Galco Gunleather

Galco Gunleather.

While on the subject of revolvers, Galco has added The Revenger to its Masterbilt™ series of premier-grade holsters designed exclusively for wheelguns. Crafted by Galco’s most experienced craftsmen and using only premium leather, the Revenger is the perfect holster for everyday carry. Galco actually dries its leather on forms, so the finished holster requires little or no break-in.

Unlike most production holsters, the Masterbilt Series features hand molding for secure retention and security. The fully-lined holster has a near-neutral cant to promote a wrist-locked draw stroke. Likewise, a reinforced mouth prevents collapsing. A metal-reinforced tunnel-style 1.5-inch belt loop offers rigidity for a rock-solid presentation. Priced at $259, Galco’s Revenger is an affordable extravagance.

Blackpoint Tactical

SHOT Show CCW Holsters: Blackpoint Tactical.

Blackpoint Tactical’s new Leather WING™ holster offers the rigid security of a Kydex holster with the pliable comfort of leather. The company reduces the footprint of the Kydex holster by trimming the excess from the side of the holster and replacing it with leather “wings.”

The user threads their belt through the wings, pulling the holster into the body’s curve for more comfortable/concealable wear. The holster also possesses metal OWB loops, a sweat guard, and adjustable retention. Blackpoint also makes magazine carriers with the same technology for low-profile concealed carry. Prices start at $98.99.

C&G Holsters

C&G Holsters.

C&G Holsters introduced the Trinity Kydex Holster System at SHOT 2025. This versatile OWB carry holster was designed for those who choose to carry larger guns. It is also perfect for IDPA, USPSA, and 3-Gun competitors and outdoorsmen who need a rugged rig to stand up to hard use.

The Trinity features a speed cut on the holster’s front, allowing for a slide-mounted optic. Its back layout accommodates a variety of attachments, including Tek-Lok, DOT, QLS, RTI Hanger, paddle, and drop leg systems to make the holster mission adaptable. It can even be outfitted with a rotating hood for Level II retention.

Safariland

SHOT Show CCW Holsters: Safariland.

Safariland adds to its concealed carry line-up with the addition of the Solis® ALS® Concealment OWB Holster. The new holster combines the speed of an open-top holster with the security of Safariland’s patented ALS® (Automatic Locking System). Likewise, it is micro-red dot compatible, and also accommodates subcompact lights. Its open muzzle design also works with threaded muzzles.

The locking system is effortlessly disengaged on the drawstroke. This feature adds an extra degree of security for the concealed carrier. Available for Glock pistols and the various Sig P365 models, prices start at $85.50.

Safariland also redesigned the Incog X holster to accommodate a red dot optic. The deep concealment holster was developed with Haley Strategic partners, providing the user with a comfortable, ergonomic, mission-adaptable IWB holster. It can be outfitted with a claw to push the weapon’s butt into the wearer’s body, making it more concealable. It’s also possible to attach an optional magazine caddy. Prices start at $95.50.

DeSantis Holsters

SHOT Show CCW Holsters: DeSantis Holsters.

DeSantis Holsters introduced the Raptor 2.0 at SHOT Show 2025. Designed to be worn OWB, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a holster that snugs up to the body as well as this one. DeSantis thermoforms the Raptor 2.0 from Kydex and builds a body-hugging curve into it.

Its belt loops fit a 1.5-inch belt, and a sweat guard will protect the gun from body salts while protecting your clothes from gun oil. It features a positive trigger guard lock and adjustable retention. The Raptor 2.0 is priced at about $70.00 and is an economical solution for your concealed carry needs.
