Timney engineered every component of the new 783 trigger to elevate accuracy, according to Timney. The company’s new Sear Engagement Adjustment Lock design (SEAL’d) ensures a user-friendly experience. The trigger unit adjusts for both pull weight and overtravel. The Timney 783 trigger adjusts from 1 1/2 to 4 pounds, featuring a trigger blocking side safety to ensure reliability.
Timney precision machines the trigger’s sear and trigger shoe. The company heat treats the metal to 56 Rockwell with a black oxide trigger coating and an NP-3 plated sear for maximum lubricity and a lifetime of reliable performance, according to Timney. A lifetime warranty covers the product.
The new Remington 783 trigger comes in a right-hand, curved trigger shoe model. It retails for $164.95. For more information, visit timneytriggers.com.
