XS Sights: Pistol Night Sights for the Newest S&W M&P Shield Pistol

XS Sights has updated their line to include replacements for the factory sights on the newest S&W M&P Shield. The new line of XS pistol night sights includes the DXT2, R3D, F8 and DXW2.

XS Pistol Night Sights

The DXT2 Big Dot sights feature a self-illuminating Glow Dot technology that surrounds the tritium center of the front sight. This allows for visibility in all lighting conditions and is proprietary to XS Sights. The photoluminescent material begins to glow before the tritium becomes visible and is available in Optic Yellow and Optic Orange.

The R3D features the traditional 3-dot tritium, notch and post sight picture. As with the DXT2, the R3D pistol night sights feature the self-illuminating Glow Dot technology. The Glow Dot helps make the front sight bigger, to differentiate the front dot from the two rear tritium dots. The R3D is available in two colors, orange or green.

The F8 pistol night sight features a figure-eight, inline sight picture and wide notch rear for two-point alignment. The large Glow Dot self-illumination front sight is also featured on the F8 for visibility before the tritium becomes visible. The F8 pistol night sights are available in orange.

The DXW2 tritium pistol night sights have the tritium front sight, with Big Dot, but a non-tritium rear sight. The rear sight features a shallow-V, white stripe to align with the front tritium sight. The front sight of the DXW2 is available in either orange or yellow.
