The Mini-Click is the brain child of Jack Roman, who has been designing pens for almost a decade and has now turned his attention to designing and building not just a new pen but a better pen advancing mechanism.
The Mini-Click is designed to be entirely modular with each component being easily replaceable and is designed to last a lifetime. The pen utilizes a metal body and tip machined out of 6061-T6 Aluminum.
At the heart of the pen is a new 416 stainless steel mechanism, the absolutely finest “clicky” mechanism available. A new shorter clip pressed out of spring steel and coated for durability and corrosion resistance helps keep the pen securely fastened and close at hand. The pen comes with the reliable Fisher gas pressurized cartridge but is designed to accept any Parker style refill.
It is available in raw aluminum as well as green, blue, red and black anodizing. Tuff-Writer is utilizing Kickstarter to launch the initial run and make the Mini-Click available for pre-order at a discounted pre-release price. As with all Tuff-Writer pens the Mini-Click is proudly made and assembled in the USA and carries a limited lifetime warranty.
The Mini-Click has a length of 5.125 inches and a weight of 1.1 ounces.
